We take a holistic view of consulting. Our approaches involve multiple levels of engagement beyond pure capital, and act as long-term commitments to businesses, the people they serve and the communities in which they exist.

We are also a determined business that solely exists to fulfill a deficit in the Black community in Oregon, a Pan African unity in Oregon. We are committed to galvanize, mobilize and empower the black community to eliminate the perpetual disconnect between foreign born blacks and American born blacks in Oregon and create pathways to combine the diversity in the African community within a Pan African framework to promote and achieve Pan African unity.

We are also home to iconic community based organizations and groups like The Pan African Festival, The Oregon Muslim Women Foundation and The Somali Empowerment Circle
